Edit an Environment

You can always edit an existing environment of your stack.

To edit an environment, log in to your Contentstack account, navigate to your stack and perform the following steps:

1. Click the “Settings” icon (press “S”) on the left navigation panel and select Environments (or press “alt + E” for Windows OS, and “option + E” for Mac OS).
2. Hover over the environment whose details you want to edit and click on the “Edit” icon 
3. The Update Environment box appears where you can update the fields, such as Name, Base URL, Language, and the Advanced settings of the environment.
4. Click the Add button to save the changes.
   

Note: Contentstack no longer supports the ability to add multiple content deployment servers while setting up a specific publishing environment in Contentstack. We recommend that you instead make use of Webhooks to trigger deployment to multiple web servers whenever you publish content to an environment.
