Asset Limitations

  • The characters not allowed in the Filename and URL of the assets (stacks v3.2 and above) are `#%^+\/?\*:|"'<>\s{}=,_. The restricted characters will be replaced by an underscore (_) automatically.
  • The maximum size limit of an asset file (in MB) is 700
  • There are certain limitations for an image file during optimization as follows: 
    • The maximum input image file size is 50 MB
    • The maximum input image dimensions are 12000 x 12000 pixels
    • The maximum output image dimensions are 8192 x 8192 pixels (8K Ultra HD)
    • The maximum number of frames an animated GIF can contain is 1,000
